Picnic BBQ across the road at the river's edge; Take the fishing rod across the road to the break-wall; drop the boat in just around the corner at the main boat ramp.

Walking distance to the Bowling Club and local cafes/restaurants. Take the 20 minute drive north to Port Macquarie, or only a few minutes over the bridge into Laurieton. Off street parking for 2 vehicles and the boat & fenced rear yard for the children to play. Will sleep 6 guests: 1 Queen bedroom downstairs with en-suite access to bathroom and sliding door access to the shady rear porch; Upstairs loft bedroom with 1 Double + 2 Singles. A second shower and toilet in the laundry.
